The Return & Exchange Policy below is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. IDENTIFICATION
1.1 This website is owned, maintained, and operated by FariaClicks, a private legal entity.
2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
2.1 FariaClicks is committed to customer satisfaction by offering high-quality products and partnering with top suppliers. With our customers in mind, we have developed a Return & Exchange Policy based on the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, as outlined below.
2.2 Note: Returns or exchanges will only be processed if the conditions specified here are respected.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS
3.1 To request a return or exchange, the customer must contact us via email at: fariaclicks@gmail.com
4. REASONS AND DEADLINES FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
4.1 Cancellation/Regret:
Customers have up to 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the product (as per Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code) to request a return by emailing fariaclicks@gmail.com. Once we receive your email, our specialized team will send you a mandatory form to be completed so that the exchange or return process can begin.
To be eligible, the product must meet the following conditions:
4.1.1 Accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.
4.1.2 In its original packaging, with all accessories, and in perfect condition.
4.1.3 Free from signs of misuse.
4.1.4 Returned in the same shipping box, securely packed.
4.1.5 For cancellation due to regret, the customer must open a request via email to fariaclicks@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. As per the law, we cannot accept requests beyond this period.
4.1.6 The form will be reviewed within 5 (five) business days. After approval, a return shipping label will be provided. The label is valid for 6 (six) calendar days. If the item is not shipped within that period, the request will be cancelled.
4.2 Manufacturing or Technical Defect:
Requests must be made within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product (Articles 18 and 26 of the Consumer Protection Code) via email at fariaclicks@gmail.com.
4.3 Shipping Damage:
If the product arrives damaged, refuse it at the time of delivery or request a return/exchange via email fariaclicks@gmail.com, providing the order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Each case will be reviewed individually, but we always aim for a satisfactory resolution.
4.4 Product Different from Order:
If the product received differs from what was ordered, refuse it at the time of delivery or request a return/exchange within 7 (seven) days of receipt via email fariaclicks@gmail.com (per Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code).
4.5 Once the returned item arrives and is approved in inspection (in perfect condition), the full amount will be refunded.
4.6 All return or refund requests must be handled exclusively through the email fariaclicks@gmail.com, including detailed information about the issue along with clear photos and/or videos.
4.7 The customer is responsible for selecting the correct product model and color at the time of purchase.
5. REFUND METHODS AND CHARGEBACKS
5.1 Exchange Voucher:
You may choose to receive a store credit voucher for use on future purchases at fariaclicks.com.
5.2 Credit Card Refund:
For credit card purchases only. The refund timeline follows your card issuer's rules and may take 1–2 billing cycles depending on your statement's closing date.
5.3 Chargeback Cases:
If a chargeback is filed and the product was delivered, our support team will analyze the case. If the chargeback is confirmed and payment was not received, the product must be returned to us.
5.4 Bank Slip (Boleto) Payments:
Refunds will be made by bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days to the buyer’s checking account. The account holder's CPF must match the one on the order. The customer must provide complete bank details for the deposit.
5.5 Refunds Due to Lost Packages, Out-of-Stock Items, etc.:
These refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the cancellation/refund request. For payments made by PIX or Boleto, the amount will be refunded to the original account. For credit card payments, the request is canceled and refunded by the issuing bank per their policies.
